Dropping out of college

I'm dropping out of college...
Almost at the one-year anniversary of my entrepreneurial uprising, and I'm beyond ecstatic at what me and my team have created on both the product and branding side of Nitrility in such a short period of time. The company just finished its preseed round last month, we've fully integrated with Apple Music and Spotify, and we're on track to have over 70% of the music industry signed onto the platform by the end of next year.
All of this has pretty much been accomplished while desperately fighting to maintain a 4.0 GPA at one of the most recognizably challenging Computer Science and Business programs in the country, so you can probably imagine the mental fatigue that I'm continuously under, essentially every day. I've attempted to get some sort of recognition and leniency from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, but despite their entrepreneurial branding and encouragement, they seem to treat founders like any other student.
It's gotten to the point where I can see my team members, investors, partners, and competitors drifting further into the future every single day. I'd like to think that in the journey of every successful venture and every successful founder, there is always a defining moment that sets those that make an impact and those that change the world apart.
So until further notice, I'll be taking an indefinite gap from UIUC, so I can take some time to build the future. Wish me luck...
